Process optimization

Making processes compliant is one thing, but how to make compliant processes workable?

Sometimes processes are simple and easy to control, sometimes the optimization of processes requires several steps and a step-by-step optimization.

In addition to knowing which requirements from standards, laws and regulations apply to an organization, it is essential to get to know the organization with its capabilities, resources and technologies.

These are the basics to be able to successfully implement process optimization projects.

How we would implement process optimization in your company?

  1. First, we get to know you, your company and your team. Usually this is accomplished through a gap assessment or audit. By this gaps that we need to work on together are identified – but also processes that are good and stable and therefore not top priority for optimization are identified.
  2. We define the target state – and this is where your organization already comes into play. Depending on whether you have a small or a large team at your disposal, whether you only need moderation, leadership or hands-on.
  3. Tasks are defined and, if required by the project, implemented using agile methods (Kanban board, Scrum). Through the use of browser-based apps, all participants remain up-to-date during the project.
  4. Success control: Have all tasks been completed? Do employees get along with the new processes? Depending on the gap, optimizations must be made step by step: Plan, Do, Check, Act
